Quirky London Elopement wedding at Old Marylebone Town Hall in London – Laura and James

June 27, 2023

If you love non traditional weddings and elopements then you’ll find so much inspiration from this London Elopement wedding!

Laura and James got married at the lovely Old Marylebone Town Hall, London. It was a super fun London Elopement, with gorgeous florals and lots of cheery banter to keep guests entertained.

Getting hitched

The ceremony took place in the Pimlico Room, and was really cosy, which was lovely. The ceremony included lots of nervous giggles and heartfelt moments. It was a moving occasion and the room was full of love.

After the ceremony, Laura, James and I snuck off for some couple photos, which was really relaxed, and I got some really cool photos of the two of them around the city. The weather at this London Elopement wedding was so sunny, it was a perfect day.

For the reception, the couple had organised delicious food and drink for their guests at Tuttons in Covent Garden. The venue is perfect for weddings because the food is incredible, and it’s got such a cool vibe, especially in the private dining room downstairs when the room is full of people having a great party.

I filled in for a lovely photographer friend who couldn’t attend L+J’s wedding and didn’t know what to expect but honestly I had SO much fun and everyone was incredible!

Advice for planning your elopement in London

Elopements can be whatever you want them to be, so this is your sign, if you’re thinking of eloping, just do it!
