Jenny and Stephen got married at Morden Hall, which is a modern country house in London with stunning grounds. It really was a beautiful day with lots of surprises, heartfelt moments and the sun shone all day long!
The wedding
The ceremony was an intimate service in the Willow Suite at Morden Hall. During the ceremony they had several beautiful readings from friends and family. It was such a personal service.
They decorated the area with amazing florals, and little hints to Scotland throughout which I loved, especially the wedding favours and seating chart!
After the couple had mingled with their guests they headed outside for some portraits and a confetti throw! Shortly after, the reception kicked off into full swing! The wedding breakfast was held in the Mulberry Suite at Morden Hall – I love this venue because you can totally personalise it.
After the ceremony
The couple had a cocktail drinks reception in the afternoon, and a photobooth in the evening. Jenny also surprised Stephen with singing waiters who were so much fun! For dinner they had proper wedding grub, and the first dance was absolutely incredible as Jenny and Stephen had secretly been learning choreography for their first dance!
They finished off the evening with Jenny changing into a gorgeous sparkly dress which was perfect for the evening festivities! Jenny and Stephen’s reception was so much fun because along with their incredible first dance, the girls did a surprise flash mob AND they also had a cèilidh! The cèilidh was my first one ever and it did not disappoint!

Jenny looked incredible in a classic white dress with gorgeous beading and an incredible satin train, her bridesmaids all looking amazing dressed in navy! Stephen and his groomsmen all wore matching navy suits and they all looked really dapper. I think my fav part of the boys getting ready was watching them all try and figure out the best and easiest way to do their ties!
The couple got in touch with me this year, and their enquiry really intrigued me. They said they just wanted to be married, and I loved that they seemed so much fun.

Morden Hall is really peaceful and secluded, and is one of the nicest places to get married in London. The venue offers amazing food – and there so many incredible backdrops that are perfect for photos.
