LEESHA IS AMAZING! SHE’S EXTREMELY PATIENT AND THOUGHTFUL. SHE USES HER CREATIVE FLAIR TO MAKE BEAUTIFUL IMAGES. LEESHA HAS CAPTURED MY WEDDING AND ENGAGEMENT AND I HONESTLY WOULDN’T HAVE CHOSEN ANYONE ELSE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER, ALL THE GUESTS AT THE WEDDING COULDN’T SAY A BAD WORD ABOUT HER AND NEITHER CAN I!

Lara and Adam got married this summer at the gorgeous King Arthur Hotel, which is a quirky venue in the Gower, Swansea. It was one of the most fun weddings I’ve shot and the sun shone all day long!

Bridal prep

Lara got ready at the King Arthur Hotel with her amazing bridal party and close family, and the atmosphere was full of excitement. The prep was so chilled out, and I had such a laugh with the girls. The girls then walked the short distance to get to the ceremony. Adam got ready at their home close by. He travelled to the ceremony by car with the groomsmen.

Getting hitched

The ceremony was an intimate affair in a beautiful room at the venue. The Avalon room was decorated beautifully as always and had gorgeous hints of purple around the room. During the ceremony they read their own vows. It was so beautiful and so emotional. You could tell how excited these two were to get married. They are so in love and they were full of giggles.

After the ceremony

The reception was in the same room at the venue. They chose King Arthur Hotel because it has so many options and they could totally personalise it. It was a Star Wards themed wedding, which as a massive fan of Star Wars made me SO happy. I love shooting King Arthur Hotel weddings because it’s always so got such a great atmosphere. The Avalon room is always gorgeous and the grounds are beautiful.

They had a cocktail drinks reception in the afternoon, and a live band in the evening. They decorated the venue with Star Wars paraphernalia and so much colour, because they’re total wonderful nutters.

For dinner they had proper wedding grub, which was absolutely delicious. The first dance was to Phil Collins’ You’ll Be in my Heart which was so fitting for these two, and they finished off the evening with Jagerbombs all round.

The most memorable part of the day was the speeches, because it was so romantic and personal. It also included one little sweetheart who surprised the couple by singing to them. They also did a surprise entrance during the wedding breakfast to John Cena’s entrance music – it was hilarious!

The couple

Lara wore a beautiful lace dress from Cariad Bridal and Adam wore a relaxed styled tweed suit from Next and they looked so gorgeous. Lara’s jewellery included a gorgeous handmade crystal tiara and Adam’s buttonhole included a little Lego Yoda.

Lara and Adam’s wedding was just the happiest occasion and had such a fun atmosphere. Here’s their quirky King Arthur Hotel wedding!
